Called Sunday morning needing carpets cleaned urgently. I called Steven first thing in the morning and he was able to squeeze me in the same day which we were very grateful for! Our couch had pet hair and marks all over it, and our rug with filthy. he did a great job, both couch and rug coming up very nicely! Service was great, friendly, efficient, and Steven gave us some good tips on how we can maintain our couch a little better with our fur babies and their mess!
